Not necessarily. While we prefer to meet onsite, we understand that it isn’t always possible. If all removal items are accessible and you’ve approved your Rethink Dashboard estimate or phone quote, our team can complete the work in your absence and send your receipt by email or text.

Yes, please. For safety and liability reasons, we cannot disconnect appliances from utilities ourselves. Please ensure your fridge, stove, or washer is safely disconnected from water, gas, or electricity before we arrive. Once that’s done, we’ll handle the rest — removing it safely without damaging your floors or walls.

Our dump trucks measure approximately 12 × 7.5 × 6 feet with a 20-cubic-yard capacity, holding the equivalent of about four standard pickup truck loads, or the contents of a small one-bedroom apartment.

Typically, we have two haulers per truck. Larger or more complex projects may require additional staff to complete the work safely and efficiently.
